Yoga Classes
Workplace yoga sessions consist of functional movement, mindfulness meditation and breathing exercises, suitable for all levels. Tailored towards common issues experienced at work, they help to improve mobility, encourage healthy posture and alleviate back, neck, shoulder and wrist tension. Sessions can be arranged in person at the office, or online via Zoom to suit your organisation’s work set-up. Whether it’s the start of the day, a lunchtime yoga break or an end-of-day wind down you have in mind, I’ve got you covered.
Wellbeing Workshops
My wellbeing workshops offer your team an opportunity to understand the science behind yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation and how these practices can be used to support their wellbeing. Your team will learn practical tools that can be taken into their workday and beyond, empowering them to manage stress and feel at their best. When we understand why we do something, we are more likely to invest our time and energy into it long-term, making workshops a worthwhile investment.
